Beach house structural damage repair.

The degree of damage to this structure was astounding. The extent was realized in increments as layers were being removed and the can of worms began to open. This was the third time we repaired a house with this type of damage due to water infiltration. In all three instances it took years to get to this level of damage.

Water infiltrated between wall and floor due to poor flashing. Over time substrate deteriorated and more water entered.
